Dr. Jürgen Stebani (CEO)

ist Polymer-Chemiker mit langjähriger Industrieerfahrung in Forschung und Management und einem umfangreichem Netzwerk in den Branchen-Segmenten Kunststoffe und Chemie.

Er ist insbesondere ihr Ansprechpartner, wenn es darum geht, konzeptionell die Umsetzung von Material-Innovationen und Kooperationen, neue Kooperationsformen oder auch gemeinsame Vermarktungsstrategien zu diskutieren und auszuarbeiten.

Dr. Gerhard Maier (CTO)

ist Polymer-Chemiker und Dozent für Spezial- und Hochleistungspolymere an der TU München. Er verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Polymerisation, Polymer-Strukturen und deren Eigenschaften.

Für Polymer-Compounds und Methoden der Polymer-Forschung und Entwicklung ist er ihr kompetenter Ansprechpartner, wenn es um die inhaltliche Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten zur Erarbeitung von Material-Innovationen geht.

In close collaboration with the specialists on customer side our focus always lies on the later Herstellbarkeit of the new materials.

Our usual procedures in the synthesis are Polymerisationen in solution, in heterogeneous phase (suspension and emulsion) as well as in the glazes.

By radical broad and Ionic Polymerisation, different ring-opening Polymerisationen, polyaddition and polycondensation (including transitional metal of catalyzed coupling reactions) we can produce in the lab and college of technology under other styrene, Acrylat-and Methacrylat polymers, polyamides, polyester, aromatic Polyether like Polyethersulfone and-ketone Polyimide, polyurethanes and many other plastics and functional polymers in the graduation of some grammes up to some tonnes.

In the area Blend-and Compound-Screening we use our patented “X-Plorator ®” technology around the customer a sound base for plastic innovations to create.
